ListBuddy
Automate. List. Profit.
ListBuddy finds products on Amazon that sell for more on eBay, lists them in your store, keeps the prices in check, and tracks every dollar. You own the store and the profit. The software does the busywork.
There's no secret here. It's an old idea done at a scale a person can't do by hand.

Amazon sells a dog leash for $12.

Your eBay store lists that same leash for $20.

Somebody buys it from your store for $20.

You buy it on Amazon with their address. Amazon ships it straight to them.
+ $5.00You keep the difference, roughly $5 after fees. You never touched a box.
Could you do this by hand? For 30 listings, sure. Check every brand for trademark trouble, write every listing, re-check every Amazon price morning and night, pull items that went out of stock before someone buys one you can't ship, replace whatever nobody clicks. Past a few dozen listings, that's your whole day, every day. The stores making real money run thousands. That gap is what the software closes:
Everything below is built and running today. This is the same system we run our own store on.
Scans Amazon for items with the right price range and demand, and skips the brands and categories that get sellers in trouble. Thousands of known-risky brands are filtered out automatically.
Title, description, photos, item specifics. Priced by your markup rules. Hundreds of listings go up in a day without you typing any of them.
Every listing's source price and stock sit on a re-check schedule that runs around the clock, volatile items most often. Source price moves, your price follows. Item goes out of stock, the listing comes down before someone buys what you can't ship.
Sales land with the Amazon link ready to order, or the Fulfiller extension places the order for you (beta). Auto tracking conversion gives your buyer a real trackable number on eBay (pay per use). Buyer messages send themselves.
Every order books its actual Amazon cost, eBay fees, and net profit on its own. You see what the store makes per sale, per day, per month. No spreadsheet.
Listings that never got a view get swept out and replaced with fresh ones. The catalog rotates on its own so your store doesn't fill up with dead weight.

“There have been a couple snags integrating ListBuddy, but I can't imagine a more straightforward and powerful tool to start dropshipping. ... From 0 sales and a brand new store to 50 sales, 10 amazing reviews from my customers, $1,400 revenue and roughly $400+ in profit.”
Real member stores. Individual results: yours depend on your account, your effort, and your float.
We'd rather lose an application than take money from someone this won't work for.
You need money beyond the license. When something sells, you buy it on Amazon with your own card and eBay pays you out a couple of days later. Depending on your volume that float is a few hundred to a few thousand dollars.
It's not instant. First sales can land within days, but eBay limits how much a brand-new account can list, and growing those limits takes some time. The full-size store is a months thing. The first sales aren't.
It's a volume game. A sold item typically nets $4 to $12 after fees. The money comes from thousands of listings each selling steadily, not from one hot product.
You still own a store. Customer questions, an eye on your account health, the occasional return, which usually goes straight back to Amazon for free, so it costs you time, not money. A few hours a week once you're running.
If none of that scared you off, you're who this is for. Apply below.
One product, three ways to pay for it. Every option covers 25,000 active listings, split across as many eBay stores as you want. Five stores with 5,000 each or one store with 25,000, your call.
Every option starts with an application, a call, and your free first month. On the call we look at your situation, pick the option that fits, and answer everything, no pressure. Then we set your store up and you run it free for a month before you decide. We take a limited number of people so every store gets real attention. Auto tracking conversion is pay-per-use on every option, bought in credit batches starting at $6.25.
Takes two minutes. If it looks like a fit, you book a call, and your first month runs free before you pay anything.
We read every application and reply within 24 hours, usually faster. Keep an eye on your inbox.
Yes. Once your application is accepted, your first month is free. We set up your store and you run the full software for a month, and you keep any profit you make in that time. There's no contract until you pick your plan at the end, so applying costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. We front the month because we'd rather show you it works than ask you to take it on faith.
The order shows up with the Amazon link ready to go. Order it yourself in a click, or let the Fulfiller extension place it for you (beta). Auto tracking conversion gets your buyer a real trackable number on eBay, charged per use in credit batches.
Yes. The license covers 25,000 active listings total, split however you want across your stores. The total is the only rule.
An eBay seller account, a computer that can keep Chrome open for price checks (or skip that with Managed sync), the license, and float money to buy items after they sell.
The software already tracks your store's net profit for your books. Each month you pay half of that profit until you've paid the total: $8,000 with nothing down, or $6,000 if you put $400 down. Then payments stop for good and you keep the standard license. You can also buy out early anytime by paying the remainder. It's a straightforward signed agreement, and we go through it together on the call.
If it looks like a fit, you book a call. On the call we go through your situation, the options, and every question you have. If you join, we then set up your account together, connect your store, and get your first listings up.
