ListBuddy Terms of Service
By installing or using ListBuddy you agree to these terms.
1. What ListBuddy is
ListBuddy is software that helps you list products on eBay and fulfill those orders by purchasing them on Amazon. You operate the app and the extensions on your own computer with your own retailer accounts. ListBuddy is a tool — you are the seller, and you are responsible for everything you list and ship.
2. Your responsibilities
- You comply with eBay's, Amazon's, and any other retailer's terms of service. ListBuddy does not exempt you from those policies.
- You only list items you have the right to sell, and you handle returns, customer service, and tax obligations.
- You keep your eBay and Amazon credentials secure on your own computer.
- You verify that order details (item, price, address) are correct. ListBuddy provides safety gates and a draft-mode review step, but the final responsibility for placing an order rests with you.
3. Subscription
ListBuddy offers a free starter plan and paid Advanced and Pro plans billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable use
- No spamming buyers via the customer-message templates.
- No listing prohibited items (counterfeits, hazardous goods, regulated products, etc.).
- No automated abuse beyond what ListBuddy's official extensions perform.
- No reverse-engineering or redistributing the software.
5. No warranty
ListBuddy is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and safe, but software is software. We are not liable for incorrect listings, mispriced orders, mis-shipped packages, lost margin, account suspensions, or any other consequential damages. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to ListBuddy is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, capped at $1,000.
7. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these terms. You can stop using ListBuddy at any time by uninstalling.
8. Changes
If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
